Saying Hi

Hi

I found this site awhile ago. I have been watching "my little kitchen" and "the canadian baker"
I have purchased the Maida Heatter's Book of Great Cookies. I have made Chocolate and Peanut Butter Ripples and found once they cooled they were very hard, not sure why that was but still good.
I like to bake but do not do as much as I used to, working gets in the way of things.
I will add recipes as I have time and hope if you try them let me know what you think.
